Dr. Luber graduated with high honors from Quincy College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 1978. He received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Southern Illinois School of Dental Medicine in 1982. A general practice residency at the University of Tennessee Memorial Hospital in Knoxville brought him to East Tennessee. He moved to Kingsport and joined Family Dental Center in 1985. He has been active with local study clubs, and though he practices all phases of general dentistry, of particular interest is implant restoration. He and his wife, Teresa, are active in Big Brother Big Sister of East TN and their local church. Other interests include running, reading and hiking their local mountain trails.
Dr. Kinder graduated cum laude from East Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1997. She received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Tennessee School of Dentistry in 2003. She joined Family Dental Center since 2003. She is a member of the American Academy of General Dentistry. She practices and enjoys all phases of general dentistry. A native of New Market, Tennessee, she and her husband, Thomas, are active members of Nance’s Grove Baptist Church, where she enjoys teaching a children’s Sunday School class as well as Vacation Bible School.
Dr. Qi graduated from Rhodes College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 2007. She worked at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital for two years prior to attending dental school. She received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in 2013. She is originally from Shanghai, China, but grew up in Dallas, Texas. She moved to Kingsport after graduating from dental school, joining Family Dental Center TriCities, P.C. in July 2013. She loves spending time outdoors and enjoys filling her spare time with cooking and baking.
